Club Fortius is hosting the 2026 edition of the Canadian Junior Weightlifting Championships, which will bring together the best athletes aged 20 and under from across Canada. The competition will take place from June 5 to 7, 2026, at École secondaire de Chambly (535 Bd Brassard, Chambly, QC J3L 6H3).

The logo used for the 2026 edition of the CJRC weightlifting championships depicts an athlete lifting Fort Chambly, the only fort in the greater Montreal area.
Captain Jacques de Chambly and the soldiers of the Carignan-Salières Regiment, who came to defend New France during the Beaver Wars, built the first wooden version of the fort in 1665. In 1709, as the War of the Spanish Succession began and a British invasion became the main threat to the colony, the fort was rebuilt in stone.
After the American Revolution and the War of 1812, the fort lost its strategic importance and was gradually abandoned. It was designated a National Historic Site in 1920 by the Government of Canada and today welcomes between 100,000 and 150,000 visitors annually.

Training platform reservations
We have 6 training platforms available for the exclusive use of athletes participating in CCJR 2026. You may reserve one of the available time slots.
Reservations must be made online at the following address: https://cal.com/club-fortius/90min
Maximum duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. Accreditation card and reservation are required to access the training facility. Please do not reserve two consecutive time slots in order to allow as many athletes as possible to use the facilities. The organizing committee reserves itself the right to cancel your training session if these rules are not respected.

Cost of $30 (taxes included) for sizes XS to XL
Cost of $35 (taxes included) for XXL
Cost of $36 (taxes included) for XXXL
For coaches, the cost of the T-shirt is included in the registration fee. It will be distributed at the competition entrance upon presentation of your accreditation card (for registered coaches participating in CCJR 2026 only; you must still complete the form to receive your T-shirt).
No orders will be accepted after May 10, and no T-shirts will be sold on site.
